Technical

I use a Nikon D5500 DSLR, mostly with an18-200 VR lens. I use a Nikon SB 600 flash where necessary, and if using a tripod it's a Manfrotto. Before that, i used a Nikon D50 followed by a Nikon D90. Before that, we delighted in a Nikon Coolpix 2000. Before that, for a long time we had a Pentax ME Super, which is now in a box in the loft.

I also use a Panasonic Lumix GF1, with 14-45 and 45-200 lenses, mostly for street photography.

The images taken with the D50, the D90, the D5500 and the GF1 are all in raw format, giving an image size of up to 24 megapixels. They are post processed with Photoshop Elements. I also use the Nik software suite, particularly Silver Efex Pro (for mono) and Colour Efex Pro. then converted to .jpeg. Clearly, they are all substantially reduced in quality to fit on the website.

I also use my iPad quite a lot for photography. I process the images insitu using Snapseed.
